Urgent Appeal for
Qurbani Project

In 2008 the Aslamiya Welfare Trust Qurbani Project benefited hundreds of people in different world's poorest countries. This year, with your support, we want to reach even more people and share the joy this coming Eid al-Adha insha'Allah.

Aslamiya Welfare Trust has been carrying out qurbanis on behalf of the Muslim community for 04 years. Here are just some of the reasons why you should offer your qurbani through Aslamiya Welfare Trust

 We will offer the qurbani in the name you specify, which will be mentioned at the time of slaughter.

 We will carry out the qurbani in the country of your choice (or where most needed if you choose).

 The meat from your sacrifice will be distributed to the poorest and most needy communities, including widows and orphans.

 Animals are purchased locally so you also help local farmers and their community.

 We will distribute the fresh meat immediately on the days of Eid in accordance with the Shariah.

Please do not forget to also offer your qurbanis in countries not currently in the spotlight. Often following a natural disaster or coverage on our TV screens we feel inclined to give our qurbanis to one or two specific countries. However, the need is great in many parts of the world and, ironically, it is often poor areas that have not been afflicted by disaster that depend most on your generosity in the run up to Eid.

Note: We got special arrangements for qurbani, so you can even order one day before Eid online or via telephone! Aslamiya Welfare Trust’s qurbani animals are usually sheep; where sheep are unavailable or unsuitable for the local diet, cows or other permissible qurbani animals may be offered instead.
